About Faces of Millions project

Never before has anyone, anywhere created such a project that involves this huge number of people.

What is it that I want to accomplish?

I want to make the biggest photo mosaic ever, together with about a million different people. This mosaic will be really huge. We estimate that it shall be high as a 3 storey building with also the same width. It will contain about a million fingernail sized photos of different people.

Why?

Well, to tell you the truth I have always been obsessed with large scale pieces of art. I’m also impressed with large masses of people in one place. Large masses create a very strong energy. I guess you may have felt this in football stadiums or during other similar occasions.

Can we capture that same feeling and freeze it in time?

I think we can – with this project...

When?

It depends on how fast people accept to participate in all of this. It may take weeks, months, years, and maybe it’s impossible...

How?

This is the web site made to assist me in finishing the project. The photo you upload will be checked to avoid junk photos, and then you will receive an e-mail with information about the location of your photo on this huge mosaic.
